Louisa is an IFS Therapist and Psychologist with over ten years’ experience working therapeutically with people of all ages.

Welcome. I'm Louisa, Psychologist and IFS Therapist. I work with clients of all ages, including adults both individually and in couples/groups, children/young people & parents. I specialise in supporting clients with neurodiversity. People come to therapy for many different reasons. My aim is to support your journey so that you can move through life with more calm, choice, freedom and joy. I believe this is possible for everybody despite your experiences and how hard things may be feeling right now.

My therapy is creative and flexible, adapted based on who my clients are. I draw upon Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy & bring in other approaches and experiences. I am a Child, Educational and Community Psychologist and a Couples Therapist (Intimacy from the Inside Out). I am also qualified Yoga Teacher, and hold the understanding that the mind and body are intrinsically connected. I have a unique approach weaving these modalities.

I offer a free phone consultation of up to 30 minutes. If you feel a resonance with my approach and you think you may want to work with me, feel free to reach out so we can arrange a call. I work mostly from my therapy room (pictured above), which is in Colden Common (between Winchester and Eastleigh, in Hampshire, UK). I also work online and occasionally elsewhere.
